São Paulo, Aliança Renault-Nissan parceiros para adoção de veículos elétricos
Seguindo a visão holística da mobilidade de emissões zero estabelecida pela Aliança Renault-Nissan, o grupo irá analisar todos os aspectos relacionados com a introdução de veículos eléctricos (infra-estrutura, recursos e produtos) e incluirá outras empresas, governos e organizações na discussão que pode contribuir para este trabalho. Entre os pontos a serem analisados são a implementação e a manutenção de uma rede de carregamento, os incentivos, a fim de facilitar a adoção carros elétricos, e de campanhas educativas sobre as vantagens que os veículos elétricos trazem para a cidade, sua população e meio ambiente.

The International Bill of Wildlife Rights.
The oil spill threatens 90% of species in the ecosystem of the Gulf of Mexico, including birds and other animals and dolphins and whales. Because it is a habitat of great environmental diversity, the impact of an environmental accident affects more than 400 species that depend on the Louisiana coastal ecosystem. Whales, dolphins, 110 species of migratory birds and the largest population of shellfish in the United States are part of this endangered species the oil spill.
I believe the responsibility to technical repair in the pipeline is BP's, no doubt. I believe in government efforts to mobilize US military to help contingencies for environmental damage to a minimum. And finally, I believe that environmentalists and volunteers will be able to recover the affected areas over the years.
But, will remain a black stain gap that allows other environmental tragedies occur in the future, if not brought to light the debate in political and legal spheres.
What are the Wildlife Rights ? If protecting the environment is a key factor for the development of sustainable economy, and all species are closely interlinked by biodiversity - including humans - is crucial that the legal mechanisms to protect the environment, also protect the animal life.
What we often call the ecosystem would not be home to those species? I think so! And when an oil company invades the home of another living being, and causes an accident that destroys the balance of that place, how many of us have wondered if studies were conducted prior to environmental accidents like this in the Gulf.
If we can legislate for the other oil plataforms in operation, requiring the submission of environmental impact studies in case of accidents like this, and accurately determine the necessary contingency plans to minimize the damage, coordinating actions, efforts and resource allocation in all levels of society and government, we have learned a valuable lesson.
To do this we must expand the Wildlife Rights, creating greater awareness and responsibility in activities that exploit natural resources and impact the environment, home to humans and all other species.
Just as we have The International Bill of Human Rights as a goal and ideal society, we shall have The International Bill of Wildlife Rights and also aim an ideal of environmental conservation.

Mas, restará uma mancha negra e invísivel que permite que tragédias ambientais se repitam no futuro, caso não seja trazida a luz do debate nas esferas políticas e legais.
Quais são os Direitos da Vida Animal? Se a proteção do meio-ambiente é fator primordial para o desenvolvimento da economia sustentável, e todas as espécies estão profundamente interligadas pela biodiversidade - incluindo-se o ser humano - é fundamental que os mecanismos legais de proteção ao meio-ambiente, protejam também a vida animal.
Aquilo que chamamos freqüentemente de ecossistema não seria o lar dessas espécies?
Acredito que sim! E quando um companhia de petróleo invade o lar de um outro ser vivo, e causa um acidente que destrói o equilíbrio daquele lugar, quantos de nós já se perguntou se foram realizados estudos prévios para acidentes ambientais como este no Golfo.
Se conseguirmos legislar para os outros poços de petróleo em funcionamento, obrigando a apresentação dos estudos de impacto ambiental em caso de acidentes como este, e determinarmos rigorosamente os planos de contingência necessários para minimizar os danos, coordenando as ações, esforços e alocação de recursos em todos os níveis da sociedade e do governo, teremos aprendido uma lição valiosa.
Para isso é preciso ampliar os Direitos da Vida Animal, criando maior consciência e responsabilidade nas atividades que exploram recursos naturais e impactam o meio ambiente, que é o nosso lar e de todas as outras espécies.
Assim como temos a Carta Internacional dos Direitos Humanos como um objetivo e ideal de sociedade, teremos a Carta Internacional dos Direitos da Vida Animal também com objetivo e ideal de preservação ambiental.

Climate and Energy Legislation
As president Barack Obama is been saying, "the catastrophe in the Gulf shows without a doubt that we need to end our oil addiction".

Segundo o presidente Barack Obama, " a catástrofe no Golfo mostra sem dúvidas que precisamos acabar com a dependência do petróleo."
The natural resource that never ends.
Now attended to the repair of oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Live and in real time. Very impressive technology and precision of the robot operator to control their movements in waters as deep and turbulent, in full season of hurricanes in the North Atlantic.

The same reasoning that makes me believe that the "green economy" based on the search for alternatives to renewable natural resources, eventually creating a very strong reliance on technology, because now we will not have the ease of a natural resource with wide applications as as is the case with oil.
This dependence on technology put to the test another extraordinary and abundant natural resource: our own creativity and knowledge. And just imagine a scenario in which oil definitely not economically viable for us to take the innovations already required to demands for such economic environment. We can say that the more imagination we spend now, the better the economy in the future.
When the world economy to become "green" is like a transition phase, which is necessary to end all kinds of predatory human nature, and especially in relation to another human beings.
